The table will be set around a wood-fired kiln at the farm of East Fork Pottery Co-Founder John Vigeland, just outside Asheville. Eight acres of open cow pasture and gently rolling hay fields stretch under the sky, the cut grass whispering in the breeze. Guests will dine on East Fork Pottery wares thoughtfully selected for the table, and while you’re welcome to bring your own East Fork pieces to join in, we ask that you leave your usual plates at home so the full experience showcases East Fork on its home land.
Guest Chef Silver Iocovozzi | Neng Jr.'s, a close friend of East Fork, will craft a menu inspired by the land, the season, and the hands that tend it. Here, the legacy of East Fork—its care, craft, and connection to place—meets the season’s freshest ingredients. Each bite, each shared moment, carries a strong sense of place, a rare beauty that is a special treat for both Outstanding in the Field guests and East Fork fans alike.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
