Out where the tallgrass prairie opens wide and the sky seems to stretch a little further, Prairie Creek Farms invites you to slow down and settle in. Here in Kellyville, Nate Beaulac and Jason Ketchum tend their land with intention, moving cattle across pasture, raising animals as part of a living system, and shaping a farm that feels like a conversation with the land.
In the field kitchen, guest chef Jonathon Stranger of One Table Hospitality brings his quietly expressive style to the field kitchen. Known for cooking that lets the ingredients speak clearly and without pretense, he’ll draw directly from the farm and its surroundings to create a menu that feels both grounded and transportive.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
