For the foraging feast we welcome forager Staffan Terje who's been a long time contributor on the cooking side of OITF. Accolades in the kitchen in the 2000s  (Perbacco Barbacco, occasional OITF appearances and more) have now become forest and gathering focused. Staffan is new owner of Wine Forest Wild Foods, a Bay Area pioneer in field finds. Guest chef Nick Kelly was mentored by Staffan over many years and now the student is the master with Nick's two restaurants: Barberio Osteria and AltoVino.

Purchase Policy

Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility.
