You have always wanted to see a total eclipse (who hasn't?). Now's your chance!
This summer, Outstanding in the Field travels to the island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands of Spain. We've done the groundwork, surveyed the celestial elements, and successfully secured a truly extraordinary site. Our table setting is clifftop, with an unobstructed view to the west.
The eclipse begins mid-dinner as the moon's shadow takes its first bite of the sun.

The eclipse begins in the open-water gap between the islands as the moon's shadow takes its first bite of the sun. We are halfway through our meal.
Totality occurs close to sunset.
The island is a rural farm setting with a rich culinary tradition. All our provisions are gathered from nearby field and sea. An alignment: a meal crafted of local ingredients, composed by hands and hearts.

Este verano, Outstanding in the Field viaja a la isla de Menorca, en las Islas Baleares de España. Hemos hecho el trabajo previo, estudiado los elementos celestes y conseguido un lugar verdaderamente extraordinario. Nuestra mesa estará situada en lo alto de un acantilado, con una vista despejada hacia el oeste.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
