At Ojai Roots, a regenerative farm rooted in the fertile soils and gentle sun of the Ojai Valley, the seasons speak in vibrant greens, citrus, stone fruits, and wines grown on the land and tended with a deep commitment to soil health and ecological balance. What began as a backyard garden has blossomed into a farm known for its dense plantings, pasture‑raised beef, estate olive oil, and produce that nourishes both kitchen and community, giving a palpable sense of place to every ingredient.

Chef Diego Moya will join us from his buzzy new restaurant in Montecito, where diners have been savoring his wood-fired, vegetable-forward menus since Little Mountain opened last winter. Chef Diego has cooked in top kitchens around the world, from Lima to Paris to New York, including celebrated tenures at Astrid y Gastón (Lima), Nahm (Bangkok), Le Comptoir (Paris), and Racines (NYC).
