We return for our second visit to Tonnemaker Valley Farm, a fourth-generation, certified organic family farm rooted in a deep commitment to the land. Renowned for its remarkable biodiversity, the farm cultivates between 400 and 600 varieties of produce throughout the season—from an abundant range of tree fruits like peaches and apples to a signature collection of more than 250 types of peppers.
Helming the field kitchen is Chef Johnny Courtney of Atoma, a James Beard Award finalist last year and a 2026 nominee for Best Chef: Northwest. Courtney already sources from Tonnemaker Valley Farm and comes highly recommended by the farmer himself. Known for his thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking, he brings a precise yet expressive style—drawing directly from the season and surrounding landscape to create a menu that reflects the farm’s extraordinary range of produce.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
