Among the many far-flung places we've set the table, Everett Family Farm may just have the best weather. Perched just above the village of Soquel, the farm sits squarely in the Goldilocks zone—beautiful all summer long, tucked into that sweet spot between cool coastal fog and inland heat.
Beyond the blue skies of California summers, Golden Staters depend on winter rains to carry the landscape through to fall. This year, the skies have been generous. From our creekside table, the view will stretch across rows of burgeoning field crops, leafy orchards, and a river bursting with life. Everett Family Farm grows 14 varieties of apples alongside diverse stone fruits and persimmons, strawberries and raspberries, a wide array of vegetables, and swaths of colorful flowers.
The farm tour will unfold in two parts—take your pick. Rich and Laura Everett are both wonderful guides, and their stroll through the fields will lead us along the rows to a sun-dappled stream.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
