It’s been a while, but we’re excited to be back in North Dakota! Returning Chef Ryan Nitschke is a multiple James Beard Award nominee, celebrated for his globally inspired comfort food with a Midwest twist. His return to the field kitchen will weave the freshest seasonal bounty from Berglund Family Farm into a menu that exists for this day only.
This dinner will be a celebration of all sorts of connections. Nikki Berglund, Chef Ryan’s business partner at Luna, met her now-husband at an Outstanding in the Field event the last time we swung through Fargo in 2014!

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
