Silver Oak is one of Napa Valley’s most heralded wineries, founded in a dairy barn in 1972 where it produced one of California’s earliest “cult” Cabernets. The Soda Canyon Ranch, set on the benchlands of the Vaca mountain range, is made up of six unique micro-vineyards planted with the noble Bordeaux varietals. Each year, winemaker Nate Weis pulls the best grapes to blend the estate’s expressive wines. The sun-gilded rows of grapevines offer scenic spots to set the table on ridgelines or nestled in cool valleys – each micro-vineyard a new opportunity for adventure. Philip Tessier, a chef with accolades to match those of Silver Oak’s wines, will prepare the meal. The first American to make the podium at the Olympics of the food world, the Bocuse d’Or, his Napa standby PRESS showcases the valley’s best ingredients and nurtures the next generation of talent in both wine and cuisine.

Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Outstanding in the Field’s control, Outstanding in the Field will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.
