This is gorgeous country. We first came to Chinook Farms in 2021 and fell in love with the place and its countless shades of green. Farmer Eric Fritch was born and raised in Snohomish and got the farming bug early on, raising vegetables and livestock as a member of 4-H and Future Farmers of America. Today, he and his wife Sharon raise grass-fed beef from contented cattle grazing their verdant pastures. They also rent land to emerging row farmers.

There’s a lot here for Chef Victor Steinbrueck’s dinner menu. Victor’s family is deeply connected to Seattle – his grandfather (and namesake) help spearhead the fight to save Pike’s Place Market over 50 years ago. Victor credits the market with giving him a passion for seafood, which he shows off in his locally focused cuisine at Local Tide.

Purchase Policy

Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at reservations@outstandinginthefield.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility.
